A little bit about me
Hi, I’m Andy - welcome to my bookish blogspace. I’m so glad you found me!
I’m a bloke living in a country town outside London, England, and I’ve loved reading for as long as I can remember. Though I love quality literature, my tastes are wide and wild, and I’m happy to sample a range of genres, from crime to classics, young adult literature to thrillers, biography to essays, criticism to comedy, and from fantasy to dystopian.
This blog has grown out of my Instagram account, which I set up in Christmas 2016 and which unexpectedly grew and grew. Through "bookstagram" I have made connections to people all over the world who like to talk about books and literature as much as me.

And whilst I do have friends, family members and colleagues that I discuss my reading with, the online reading community is always there, always ready for an exchange of views, usually knows what I am talking about and happy to rattle on for ages. It is just the most wonderfully positive, supportive, encouraging community, as you would expect from book lovers.
